Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Tashkent, capital city and known for its many museums and its mix of modern Islamic and Soviet-era architecture.

After breakfast, transfer to domestic airport for your flight to Urgench. Upon arrival, embark on journey with a visit to Khiva, an atmospheric city widely regarded as the hometown of the Zoroastrians. Visit the UNESCO-listed Itchan Kala, the walled inner town of the city of Khiva. Continue to see Pakhlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum and climb to the top of Islam Khodja Minaret, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the whole of ancient Khiva. Later in the afternoon, continue your city tour with a visit to Juma Mosque, with its distinctive 218 wooden columns. Thereafter, continue to Tash Hauli Palace, a former royal residence ornamented with brightly coloured tiles, pillars and domes.

Today, enjoy a scenic drive to Bukhara through the famed Kyzylkum Desert, also known as the red sand desert in Turkic. Enjoy a couple of Instagram-able shots along the way and bewildered by desert flora and fauna such as the saiga antelope and the transcaspian desert monitor lizards. These lizards can grow up to a length of 1.6-metres long. Upon arrival in Bukhara, stop by to view the Kalon Minaret, lighted up in the night sky will provides you a dazzling glimpse of the old city.

Step into the world of culture with city tour around Bukhara, the former capital and the centre of Islamic learning with over 300 mosques and was known as the holiest city in Asia with its 80 madrasahs. Visit to Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, an ancient architectural complex of mosaic-decorated religious buildings framing a central pond created during the 16th and 17th century. In the afternoon, visit Ark fortress, Bolo Hauz Mosque, Ismail Samani Mausoleum and Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum. Next, visit the Bahoutdin Architectural Complex, the final resting place of the famous Sufi spiritual leader, Baha-ud-Din Naqshband Bukhari who died in 1389. In the evening, enjoy a folk music and dance performance with dinner served at Nadir Devanbegi Madrasah, one of the most beautiful medieval madrasahs in Bukhara the city in which you will have the unique opportunity to learn more about the culture of the Uzbeks while dining.

After breakfast, start your way to Gijduvan village to visit a famous pottery making workshop. The Gijduvan ceramics school has deep roots and skills have been passed from father to son, from generation to generation. Today, Gijduvan is home to the sixth generation of potters from the Narzullayev family, which has glorified Gijduvan school ceramics all over the world. The Gijduvan School of ceramics is distinguished by a geometric pattern. Green and blue colors prevail in the decoration of products. Thereafter, continue driving to Samarkand, one of the oldest existing cities in the world and the oldest in Central Asia.

Samarkand, situated in the valley of the river Zerafshan is the second largest city of Uzbekistan and is of the same age as the city of Babylon or the current Rome in Italy. Today, you will visit its most outstanding sights such as Registan square, a complex of three fascinating Madrasahs dating back to 15th to 17th centuries AD and is the main highlight of the city that no person can stop admiring its beauty and majesty. Continue with architectural complex of Shakhi-Zinda together with the Mausoleum Gur Emir represent a big collection of mausoleums dating back to 11th to 15th centuries AD, also being a part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the. Next, proceed to visit Bibi Khanum Mosque, built in honor of favorite Tamerlane’s wife, after his successful campaign in India.

Today, you will continue exploring Samarkand city, firstly with a visit to Ulughbek observatory, built in 15th century by Ulughbek, one of the most famous Samarkand rulers and scientists. Working in observatory, Ulughbek created in 1437 the “Zidji Guragoni” catalog, which had information about 1018 celestial bodies. Unfortunately, he was killed by order of his own son. After which, you can walk along the local Broadway surrounded by souvenir shops, teahouses, sweets and workshops before visiting the national Siyob Bazaar. You can easily find Uzbek traditional handmade products and local sweets in the bazaar. Also, you will see carpet factory, a unique handmade carpet factory where over 400 women sew carpets without using traditional techniques. After lunch, transfer to the train station for your high-speed rail back to Tashkent

After breakfast, you will be transferred to railways station of Tashkent and continue your journey towards Kokand, a town within the Fergana region. Upon arrival, you will have city tour of Kokand with a visit to Khudayar Khan Palace, a historical monument of architecture that perfectly mixed all kinds of traditional arts and crafts. Next, visit Modari Khan Mausoleum, built for the mother of ruler of Kokand, Umarkhan. Therefater, visit Norbutabi Madrasah, the greatest spiritual school in Kokand in the 19th century. After which, depart to Rishtan town in order to visit the Fergana cermic workshop. Craftsmen from ancient times preserved a special technology of making pottery and pass from generation to generation before proceeding to your hotel for the night.

In the morning, you will visit Fergana Regional Museum which has a fine collection of items, relating to all periods of history, culture and art of Fergana valley. The museum collection counts more than 80 thousand exhibits. Next, visit the National Park of Fergana before driving to Margilan. Here you will visit Silk producing factory. All parts of the production process are undertaken here, from the feeding of the silk worms with mulberry leaves, through dyeing with natural vegetal and mineral dyes, to the weaving of the final cloth. After lunch, transfer to train station in order to depart to Tashkent.

Today, you will start your day with a visit to Independence Square, which is the main square in the country and was erected as a symbol of victory over fascism in World War II. Then, stroll along the street to Amir Timur Square. Furthermore, you can take a ride on the famous Tashkent metro, among the most beautiful subways in the world which had the first line opened in 1977 at your own expenses. Then you will visit the old part of the city, which includes Chorsu Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah, and the Hast Imam complex, which consists of several madrasahs, mosques, and mausoleums. The highlight of its exhibits is the Othman Quran, which is the world’s oldest Quran copy, dating back to the 8th century. The Quran belonged to Othman Ibn Affan, the Third Caliph (of the four righteous Caliphs who succeeded the prophet Muhammad) before your transfer to Tashkent airport for your flight home.
