How to earn Rewards Points
To earn Rewards Points with CTC Travel:
- 1 Reward Point is earned for every dollar spent on CTC Travel tours.
- You may refer to the terms and conditions for the specific eligibility criteria regarding Rewards Points.
Points Update Timing:
- Points will be updated in the system approximately 14 days after your tour return date to Singapore.
- Example: If your tour ends on 10 November 2024, your points will be reflected around 24 November 2024 (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Points Expiry:
- Points may expire based on CTC Travel's terms and conditions.
- If your points are about to expire, CTC Travel will notify you.
FAQ
Am I eligible to become a member of CTC Travel Club?
Eligibility for this program is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years old, are CTC Travel customers, have joined a tour program, and possess a valid NRIC and email address.
Why can't I see my points when I log in?
Your reward points will be credited to your account after completing an eligible booking and at least 14 days following your tour arrival date in Singapore.
What if I still can't see my points when I log into CTC Travel Club?
It's possible that scheduled maintenance or an update was taking place during that time. We appreciate your patience, as we are continually working to improve your experience. Rest assured; your points are secure.
How do my points accumulate and convert?
For every dollar spent on full travel packages, free & easy/land tours, and cruise packages, you'll earn 1 reward point. Please note that decimal values are excluded from the conversion. For example, spending S$5014.89 will result in 5014 reward points. Points accumulation is automatic—just provide your email to your tour consultant when confirming your booking.
What if I have trouble logging in or forgot my password?
If you've forgotten your password, simply click the 'Forgot your password?” tab on the CTC Travel Club homepage and enter your email to reset it.
If my family or friends, who are also CTC Travel Club members, travel with me, do they earn points, and how? What about non-members on the same tour booking?
Points will be allocated based on the number of email addresses provided during your booking(s). For example, if a booking reference like T106xxxx shows a total spend of $6,000 for four travelers, but only two email addresses were provided, each of the two members will receive 3,000 points. Non-members (i.e., those who did not provide an email address at the time of booking) will not be eligible for points.
What occurs after I redeem something?
You will receive an email confirming the placement of your order. Please note that orders will take a minimum of 14 working days to process. You can collect your order once you receive a confirmation email or as otherwise specified. Due to a high volume of orders, processing may take longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured; we are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible.
How can I collect my reward(s)?
You can collect your order at CTC Travel Retail Centre at People’s Park Centre #02- 67/68/69. Please refer to the collection details provided in your order confirmation. You must present the printed confirmation email or show it on your mobile device in person.

CTC TRAVEL CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- As a CTC Travel Club member, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the CTC Travel Club. You also consent to receiving newsletters* from CTC Travel.
- A CTC Travel Club member is defined as an individual who has traveled with CTC Travel Tour Programs. The eligibility to accrue and redeem reward points is subject to the terms and conditions.
- The company retains the authority to approve or decline any membership to the Travel Club.
- Membership fees are currently waived until further notice.
* Please note that you agree to receive newsletters.
General Conditions
- CTC Travel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, rules, benefits, redemption criteria, and structure of reward points for the CTC Travel Club at any time, without prior notice.
- "Reward points" are the basic units of measurement within CTC Travel Club, used to redeem various rewards.
- CTC Travel makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind regarding the CTC Travel Club.
- Members must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must have joined CTC Travel tour programs.
- CTC Travel assumes no liability for any products or services provided by its partners. The company is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of products or services offered by CTC Travel Club's partners.
- Members are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties incurred in connection with receiving CTC Travel Club rewards and other benefits. All additional costs will be borne by the member.
- By engaging with CTC Travel, providing information, or enrolling in our products and services, you consent to CTC Travel (including its suppliers, agents, and partners) collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing your personal data, as well as disclosing such data to authorized service providers and relevant third parties, in accordance with the terms outlined in our Data Protection Policy.
CTC Travel Club Account
- Each member will be allocated a personal account to which reward points and rewards will be credited.
- The company retains the authority to accept or decline any redemption requests made within the CTC Travel Club.
- The company is required to maintain personal data for each member to manage their membership. Some of this information may be shared with program partners for the purpose of reward fulfillment.
- Membership and reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other programs, between member accounts, or for cash.
- CTC Travel reserves the right to invalidate a member’s account at any time, particularly in cases of violation of CTC Travel Club terms and conditions.
- Forfeited points and accounts cannot be converted into cash or recovered.
- Reward points will be credited to a member’s account after completing an eligible booking, typically within 14 days following the tour’s return date to Singapore.
- Points will be allocated based on the number of email addresses provided at the time of booking. For example, if a member with booking reference T106xxxx spends a total of $6,000 for a group of 4 travellers and provides only 2 email addresses, 3,000 points will be awarded to each of the 2 email addresses (members) listed in the booking. Nonmembers i.e. with no email addresses provided at the point of booking, will not receive any points.
- An "eligible booking" includes group tours, free and easy tours, and cruise tours. Points redemption is not applicable to tickets, farm stay vouchers, insurance, visas, incentive groups, educational groups, or other non-full package items.
- Every S$1 spent on eligible bookings will be converted into 1 reward point.
- To accumulate points for a particular booking, valid email(s) must be provided at the time of booking.
- Accounts created after an eligible trip are not eligible for points accumulation.
- Emails submitted after a trip has departed will not be eligible for points accumulation.
- Orders will require a minimum of 14 working days to process. Members can collect their orders only after receiving a notification email or as otherwise specified. An email will be sent when the order is being processed.
- Orders can be collected directly at CTC Travel's People’s Park office after members receive the notification email following the processing period.
- Orders must be collected within 3 months of receiving the notification email.
- Members are responsible for maintaining updated contact information. Any communication sent to the member will be considered delivered when sent to the member's preferred contact method(s) in the account. The company will not be responsible for delayed, misdirected, or lost messages. Any changes to the member's contact information must be provided in writing or updated in the CTC Travel Club account.
- Members wishing to terminate or suspend their CTC Travel Club account may do so by emailing:travelclubgroup@ctc.com.sg
- In the event of membership suspension, any accumulated reward points will also be suspended. If a member is permanently excluded from CTC Travel Club or if their membership is terminated, any earned reward points will be nullified and forfeited without compensation. Whether the membership is suspended, terminated, or permanently excluded, CTC Travel will not be liable for any damages, legal proceedings, or transaction costs.
- The company reserves the right to audit any account at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
- The company reserves the right to amend or update its policies, terms, and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
* Newsletter refers to Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) containing the latest travel events, promotions, invitations, and updates from CTC Travel and CTC Travel Club.
