Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Beijing, the capital of China. Upon arrival, we will take our coach to Datong for overnight stay

After breakfast, proceed to the Grassland by coach. Upon arrival, you will be attended by local welcome ceremony while experiencing the hospitality and warmth of the Mongolian people. Next, enjoy Mongolian traditional activities like the Mongolian Wrestling and Horse-racing Performance. Today, pay a visit to the nomadic families where you will be treated with their homemade Milk Tea and other snacks. You may also enjoy horse-riding or take a Lele cart ride and view Aobao at your own expense. The most important use of Aobao, which means a stone heap, is for sacrifice. People always sacrifice the best corn, meet, fruit and alcohol to Aobao and pray for good weather, good harvest and good fortune. Sit back and watch Equestrian Show<Legend of Monan>. Taste the Mongolian delicacy, Roast Lamb for dinner. In the evening, enjoy the Mongolian Singing & Dance performance at the Campfire Party.

View the fantastic sunrise at the grassland, and proceed to visit Meidaizhao Lamasery, one of the most important centres for spreading Tibetan Buddhism in Inner Mongolia. It is more of a walled city than a lamasery. The architecture is a mixture of Central China style with Tibetan and Mongolian features. After that, transfer to Kubuqi Desert. Fushadao Resort, an eco-friendly hotel in Xiangshawan Desert, is part of a large tourist resort built in the desert in recent years. This afternoon, free at own leisure to indulge yourself in the open space on the dune of Xiangshawan desert, to play in the swimming pool or relax in the hotel. Tonight stay overnight at the Fushadao Resort, in which you can enjoy the buffet dinner and evening parties organized by the hotel*(*depending on weather conditions).

After breakfast, see the spectacular Singing Sand Ravine (Xiangshawan) which is located on the northern fringe of the Ordos Kubuqi Desert in the Dalaid Banner. When people are sliding down the slope from the top, the sand under them produces a rumbling sound. Go sand-sliding in a boat-shaped device or ride a camel & other activity at own expenses. You will be excited by the vast grassland and golden desert. Thereafter, head for Ordos and visit Kangbashi, the new political and cultural centre of Ordos.

After breakfast, visit the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan Scenic Area consisting of the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan, History and Cultural Museum etc. This Mausoleum is composed of three yurt-style buildings with glazed tiles. Genghis Khan was considered as a true hero by Mongolian people. Thereafter, proceed to Chilechuan Scenic Area, where you will take a boat ride to enjoy Hasuhai, a natural lake. Next, depart for Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Hohhot comes from the Mongolian word for “green city”. It is the region's political, economic, culture and transport centre. Today, make a visit to Shuo Ke Jing Princess House, built on behalf of Emperor Kangxi dating back more than 300 years of history, is the daughter of Emperor Kangxi sixth princess lived. Next, visit the well-known Dazhao Monastery, the only imperial temple in Inner Mongolia. Take a stroll along the Saishang Old Street. After lunch, visit the Inner Mongolia Museum in which the largest dinosaur fossil in Asia is kept. Understand the technological process of making handicrafts in Mengliang Ethnic Handicrafts Gallery.

Depart for Datong, one of the northern cities in Shanxi. With Hebei Province to the east and Inner Mongolia to the north, Datong is also an important northern transportation hub in China. Visit the Yungang Grottoes (tram car included). It is a treasure trove of Buddhist carvings unrivaled in the world with a variety of more than 51,000 statues. Next visit Nine Dragon Screen. A specially arranged dinner for you to savor the Feast of the Northern Wei Dynasty at Datong Yinxiang.
