Our annual staff overseas trip to Kyushu, Japan was more than just a getaway. It was a meaningful opportunity for our team to step away from the office, reconnect with one another and experience a destination together in a fresh and inspiring way. Travelling a group allowed colleagues from inter-departments to strengthen relationships, communications and share moments that brought everyone closer.

During the trip, the team explored Kyushu's vibrant streets, sampled local cuisine and discovered the unique blend of modern city  life and traditional Japanese culture. From sightseeing and cultural experiences to relaxed group activities, every moment helped to deepen understanding and appreciation for both the destination and each other. Seeing the city through the eyes of our very own team also allowed us to better understand what our travellers experienced, giving us valuable insights that we are relatable to our work.

Most importantly, the trip created shared memories that will last far beyond the journey itself. Laughter, conversations and new experiences helped strengthened the sense of teamwork that drives CTC Travel forward. It was a reminder that strong connections and bonding within our team are just as important as the journeys we create for our travellers.
