Kenneth Sim As my holiday draws to a close, I feel compelled to offer a sincere compliment to our tour leader, Kenneth, who has been an absolute gem throughout this trip. Kenneth has been exceptionally accommodating, courteous, and caring towards all of us, providing extra care to each and every one of us, especially considering the number of elderly members in our tour group. He was also highly flexible and reassuring, never failing to be extremely clear with his instructions and reminders. One instance that particularly moved me and touched all our hearts was witnessing him exert so much strength and effort to carry one of our injured elderly tour mates who had sprained her ankle. His attentive care for her truly earned admiration from everyone in the tour group. It's very obvious to all of us that Kenneth is genuinely empathetic and kind-hearted, evident in the way he looks after and assists all of us. I believe he truly deserves commendation and praise for his character and excellent service. He really made us feel like we gained a lovely God son on this trip! Additionally, Kenneth was very generous in treating us to delicious Korean treats, and even waited so patiently at Nami Island to acquire as many steam buns as he could for as many people in the group as possible, despite them being constantly sold out and made in such low volume. That allowed us to explore the island in the meantime and have a taste of the special bun afterwards. His cheerful demeanour and positivity really brightened each day of the trip. Overall, he is not only highly meticulous but also very easy-going, helpful and sweet. Having Kenneth as our tour leader has been a joy and truly a blessing. My husband and I just returned from the Yangtze Panorama Cruise 13D Chongqing -Shanghai trip led by Mr Anson Tong.( 17-29 Nov 2024) We enjoyed ourselves very much and are satisfied with the Cruise Program and services throughout the programme. Our appreciation to Mr Anson Tong who showed his dedication and efforts to make our trip smooth, safe and enjoyable from pre-departure from Singapore to arrival back to Singapore.His photography skill is commendable.The trip was memorable with many cultural and scenic attractions. But a large contribution came from the beautiful pictures taken by Anson which he shared with us. These photos made our holiday more enjoyable and memorable. I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by our tour guide, Jimmy Pua, during our recent trip with your company to Finland and Norway from 7 Dec to 16 Dec. Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure our group had an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience. I would like to highlight a few instances that truly stood out: When my mum faced difficulty walking in an oversized bodysuit (due to the lack of correct sized suits during the King Crab Safari visit) and had great difficulty boarding the sled, Jimmy quickly proposed a solution when this issue was brought to his attention. He checked with the vendor to let my mum ride on the snowmobile as a passenger instead of the sled. His quick thinking saved the day and ensured my mum could continue participating comfortably. He paid special attention to the elderly in our group, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment throughout the trip. He even went out of his way to knock on the ah ma's cabin doors at 4 AM when the aurora appeared and kindly took photos for her. That was truly a very touching moment even though we are not related to the ah ma. Upon arrival in Singapore, it was very unfortunate that one of our check in baggage did not arrive together with us. Jimmy stayed behind to guide us through the process of filing a report. He also followed up afterward to make sure everything was on track, which provided great reassurance during such a stressful moment, especially after also having to go through an unexpected flight diversion to KLIA. Jimmy was also always clear with his communication, instructions, and schedules. His professionalism ensured the group stayed informed and organized, making the trip smooth and hassle-free. His storytelling and ability to share interesting anecdotes kept us engaged and entertained during long bus rides especially on the day where we had to travel from Kikenes to Kemi to catch the domestic flight to Helsinki. Appreciate his efforts in trying to make the especially long and tiring journey less so. Jimmy was also incredibly helpful in capturing our trip’s best moments. He not only took beautiful photos for us but also went the extra mile to create a highlight video, which we will treasure forever. We were truly impressed by Jimmy’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication. His efforts made our trip extraordinary, and we feel lucky to have had him as our guide. Please extend our gratitude to Jimmy, and know that his exceptional service reflects highly on your company. We will gladly recommend your tours to friends and family in the future.
