1, Passengers are fully aware and understand that the departure date, station stops, route, and duration of the tourist train are subject to the final passenger dispatch order issued by the relevant railway authorities.
2. Refund Policy for Tourists on the Train
•After paying the tour deposit, if you cancel for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid 40 days before departure.
•15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
•1–14 days before departure (inclusive): 85% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
•On the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
3. Tour fare does not include service fee for local guide and driver & T/L if any
• Local guide and driver: RMB50/day/pax
• Tour Leader: S$5/day/pax
